Role Responsibility:
The Customer Service Executive will interact with customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, or web platforms based on client requirements. The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service support and resolve routine issues related to the clients products or services.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Education: Minimum qualification is Graduate (Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply).
Work Schedule:
o 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
o Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM 10 PM.
